Hello! I'm Sally, an Artist & Heart Centred Life Coach in Sydney, Australia. I support women to breathe life into their dreams and nourish their precious energy along the way.
I believe that JOY lives inside creativity and that it's our divine mission to uncover it, one beautiful step at a time.
I draw upon a rich history of all things Art, Holistic Wellness and Life Coaching to offer a unique blend that supports people, body, mind & spirit.
I also enjoy supporting the Blind and Low Vision Community to find and maintain meaningful work and have witnessed the most beautiful transformations take place as their dreams come true.
Happiness to me is: Flowers in full bloom, sunshine on my heart, sandy feet and ocean swims. It's also seeing the light in someone's eyes as they speak about the things they love.
Connecting with like minded Souls and holding sacred space is my favourite place to be and where the magic can (and often does) unfold.
Imperfection is beautiful to me. It is this belief that led me to and has kept me on this magnificent path of being an Artist and becoming a Heart Centred Life Coach. I adore truly seeing people and celebrating their unique gifts, talents and stories.
Some of my favourite things in life are cups of tea, books and art supplies. I find I can never quite have enough of all three!
I love creating art on unusual surfaces such as sea rocks, leaves, bark and paper. I've recently delved into digital art and am excited by that too.
