Soulful Sacred Journaling is an online course devoted to walking you through how to nourish your spirit, tend to your Soul & make beautiful, magical art.

We will gather beauty, inspiration and express ourselves through the art of journaling.

​How to find treasures for your  heartfelt  journals in nature, your home and surrounds. How to make 'Inspiration Pockets & Bundles' and store them in 'Sacred Containers.'

Weaving Energy and Love into your Journals.
How to find gorgeous papers and make your own. Hand drawn flowers, handwritten notes, handmade stickers and more.

Part Five:
​Project One: Gratitude Journal
Here we create our first journal!
Inside this module lives a guided meditation, invitation to a 30 days of gratitude immersion, inspiration and a bonus time lapse video.
Gratitude is such a divine energy to harness. These journals honour what we are thankful for.
Part Six:
​Project Two: Soulful Pocket Journals
Here we create delightful little pocket sized journals from cover to cover and infuse them with loving intentions and messages from our Soul. These are beautifully simple to create yet rich in their potency. I looooove making these and can't wait to share them with you! Xo
Part Seven:
​Project Three: Sacred Reminders Book Cover Journal
Here we create a journal from gorgeous old book covers, create a 'signature' of lovely papers and bind our books with love. We then fill them with heartfelt images and words. We will also learn how to tune into 'Sacred Reminders' from our heart's and the Universe itself. As with every Module, you will receive soulful prompts and a guided meditation.
Part Eight:
Integration and Moving Forward

A heartfelt thank you and how to connect moving forward.
A celebration of how far you have come and some soulful resources for you to delve deeper.
